Donation Processing

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only considered for genuine errors such as double payments or technical failures.
  Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
  We reserve the right to verify and approve refund claims.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  Processing time may take 7-10 business days depending on the payment gateway.
  Donors will receive email confirmation once refund is completed.

No Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable as funds are used promptly for urgent causes.
